· Full changing/shower facilities are available if the hall is hired for sports use. Please add £1.00 per person if this facility is required. Minimum price per group £10.00
· Flipcharts £5.00, OHP and screen £8.00, TV and video/DVD £8.00, laptop (if available) and multimedia projector £25.00. Prices per event.
· Tea/coffee/biscuits 80p per delegate. Water/fruit juice 50p per delegate.
· Fax/Telephone/Photocopying facilities are available. Price on enquiry at Reception.

Additional charges may be made for event staffing, administration, etc should this be necessary for your particular requirements. Additional charges may be made for events running over booked time at £15.00 per hour or part hour.
A deposit of 20% (1/5) of the total hire is required at the time of booking for a single session. This will be returned only if all facilities and equipment are left as found.
If use of the kitchen is included in the hire an additional deposit of £100 is required.
